Mr. Bishop is the Senior Vice President of Hydropower and Renewable Energy. With more than 30 years of experience in hydraulic, heavy civil, hydroelectric, pumped storage and water resources projects, his innovative construction and engineering solutions have resulted in significant project cost and time savings on numerous dam, water, hydraulic, irrigation and hydroelectric projects.

His expertise includes program and project management, hydrologic planning, feasibility studies, site studies, environmental studies, permit and licensing, cost estimating, financial study, project financing, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Mr. Bishop earned the ASCE Rickey Medal in 1999.
