Daryl DulaneyDaryl Dulaney
President & CEO
Siemens Industry, Inc.

As President and CEO, Daryl Dulaney is responsible for all business activity and executive management of Siemens Industry, Inc., the largest of Siemens AG’s Industry Sector businesses in the U.S. Encompassing in excess of $10 billion in revenue and approximately 32,000 employees, Siemens Industry, Inc. is comprised of five divisions including Industry Solutions, Drive Technologies, Industry Automation, Building Technologies, and Mobility. As a member of the board of directors, Dulaney oversees all business activities of the Industry Sector in the U.S, which includes OSRAM Sylvania, PLM Software, Water Technologies, and Siemens Industry, Inc.

Previously, Dulaney was Division CEO for Building Technologies, a premier provider of energy and environmental solutions, building controls and fire safety and security systems. After his appointment to CEO in 2005, Dulaney guided the restructuring of the Building Technologies Division, including the successful implementation of cost containment and business process optimization strategies that have resulted in unprecedented revenue growth and record profitability.

Dulaney joined Building Technologies as a sales engineer in 1979, holding several key managerial positions, ranging from joint venture management in Hong Kong to senior vice president of field operations, North America. Prior to his current appointment, Dulaney led the Building Automation business unit of Building Technologies to four consecutive years of double-digit increases in sales, profit and EVA.

Dulaney is also a board member of the Siemens Foundation, which provides more than $4.5 million annually in grants and other financial support towards science, technology, engineering and math education initiatives. Dulaney also serves on the Governing Board of Gilda’s Club Chicago, a cancer support organization founded to create a healing community for all people whose lives are impacted by the disease. Additionally, Daryl is a member of the board of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).

Dulaney earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ohio State University and Masters in Business Administration from the J. L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has two adult children and currently resides in Long Grove, Ill., with his wife, Jan.
