Frank WolakFrank Wolak
Vice President, Government Business
FuelCell Energy, Inc.

Mr. Wolak is a Vice President with FuelCell Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCEL), a Danbury, Connecticut-based manufacturer and marketer of advanced ultra-clean fuel cell power systems. He is an executive with over 25 years of experience in many facets of the energy industry with both corporate and entrepreneurial organizations including oil and gas operations, power plant investment and development, energy services as well as independent management consulting with renewable and emerging energy companies.

At FuelCell Energy, Mr. Wolak focuses on developing strategic business alliances, identifying business development opportunities, and in creating a regulatory and policy environment conducive to wide-scale deployment of FuelCell Energy’s power plants. Mr. Wolak also directs FuelCell Energy’s business and policy initiatives with the Federal government and agencies.

Mr. Wolak holds a BS in Engineering from Western New England College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford. He was appointed in 2010 by the Secretary of Commerce to the Advisory Committee for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency and is on the board of the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association.
